St. Patty's Day

It started with a breakfast of green eggs (not very creative, or appetizing I know)

Then we donned our green gear, and outside we go
My aunt and uncle are visiting from Utah with their teenage daughter and friend. We decided to do something Arizona while they were here. Also, something we've never done. Which is rediculous since we live so close. We drove to the White Tanks to "hike" to the "waterfall"

It was lots of fun. Already getting too hot, but that AZ for you. It was a great walk for the kids. I had my sit n stand stroller and Avery was so proud that she was the only kid that never sat in it. She did the entire thing herself.
Never saw an actual waterfall, but there was water to play in. And they all got soaked! They had a blast splashing around...even Em loved the water and wished we'd let her all the way in.

It was a great day to get ouside and have some fun with family

Oh I was gonna do green eggs, but we had a busy morning getting the cast removed so we tried green waffles the next day...it was interesting. Love the green clothes too, we seemed to be the only ones in green that day! And I love that hike, although it's usually crowded.

We totally forgot about pattys day this year. Probably because of the no school thing. That hike is the perfect amount of hiking and the only time to do it is now before it gets really hot.
