you know summer is here when.....

Pinkalicious!!!

So, I know I've been blog slacking lately. Actually, I feel like I have been everything slacking lately. Can't seem to find much motivation...I'm sure that will only improve as summer is here, right? Summer sounds easier, but seems to be just as busy as ever!

Anyway, I didn't give Avery's birthday, or her fabulous party enough blog attention...so here goes.

Through NO doing of my own, my sweet Avery had the best birthday party ever. I have a great friend, with a brain full of amazing party ideas! So, she gave me an idea I loved and she ran with it. And I mean RAN WITH IT!!! It really was amazing. It was PINK from top to bottom. We had pink decor, pink food, pink cupcakes, pink nail polish, pink hair things.

It truly was PINKALICIOUS!!!!

even the gifts were pink!!

I hope my sweet Avery had a great day. She is such a good girl. She is always helpful, she cleans up after herself, gets herself ready for school. Is always nice to her sister, and almost always nice to her brother. She still loves her mom and doesn't demand anything in return. She is just a sweet, smart girl.

Girls Night....

We'll take any chance we get for a girls night! A few good girlfriends were able to get together for Kierra's birthday a couple weeks ago.  We hit Last Chance for some bargains, and Cheesecake Factory for some yummy grub.
